Project organization

The team is composed of 6 students, a lecturer and a PhD candidate in digital communications.

To be more efficient, it was deemed appropriate to share out the different technical aspects inside the group. Each member is assigned to a specific domain in which he is considered as a reference in the team. These advisors can help saving a considerable amount of time when it comes to improve knowledge and troubleshooting.

The project manager is responsible for monitoring project progress and task distribution. He is also in charge of ensuring communication with the client and verify compliance of deliverables to specification.

The specific competences of each member can be found in the scheme below,

The receiving chain can be split up into blocks which represent different subparts of the project. At first, the components are developped independently and are associated with unit tests, which show the correct behaviour regarding norms. Then, those blocks will be linked together to constitute the project global transmission chain.

The scheme below presents the project architecture.
